Hi! My name is Alisha!
I am the founder of My Spiritual Ocean’s School of Self Love and Personal Empowerment.
All my life I had heard about the importance of loving myself, but I never knew what that truly meant or how to do it.
After forging this deeply transformational experience and healing my childhood trauma, I decided to create a space to not only share the knowledge I have gained, but to show others how to step into their personal power, too.
